At The Cardio Factory, LLC, we are committed to providing quality fitness services and maintaining clear, fair policies for all our members. Please review our No Refund Policy carefully before completing your membership registration or purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

All membership payments, class purchases, and other service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies regardless of usage, attendance, or changes in personal circumstances.

We highly stress this policy to ensure consistency and fairness for all members.

2. Pause Option Available

We understand that life happens. If you need to temporarily step away, we offer the option to pause your membership. During a pause:

  • Your membership will be placed on hold for an agreed period.

  • You will not be charged while your account is paused.

  • You must contact us directly at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to request a pause.

  • Paused accounts can be reactivated at any time by contacting our team.

3. Cancelling Your Membership

If you choose to cancel your membership:

  • You may continue to use your membership until the end of your current billing period.

  • You will not be charged for the following month.

  • There are no cancellation fees.

  • It is your sole responsibility to notify us at least 3 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.

4. How to Pause or Cancel

To pause or cancel your membership, you must contact us via email or in person during business hours. We do not accept cancellation or pause requests through social media, voicemail, or text messages.

5. Responsibility of the Client

It is 100% the client’s responsibility to notify us in a timely manner—no less than 3 days before your renewal date—if you wish to pause or cancel your membership. We are not able to offer refunds for late cancellation notices, missed communications, or unused time.

By continuing with your membership, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting you on your fitness journey.
