Where can I see all classes and sessions offered?

Go to the Classes tab on our website or mobile app. Scroll through the calendar to view all available sessions for each day.

 

Can I sign up for a class without going through the system?

No. Our system is credit‑based, so you must purchase a day pass or membership before booking. Visit the Plans page to get started.

 

How do I register?

Navigate to the Plans page and allow the options to load. Select “Register” or “Create Registration,” choose your pass or membership, and proceed to booking.

 

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts 45 minutes and includes a warm‑up stretch and a cool‑down period.

 

Can I pay in cash at the studio?

No. Our studio is fully cashless.

 

Am I locked into a contract with my membership?

No. Our memberships are risk‑free with no penalties.

 

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You may pause your membership at any time and resume when convenient. To cancel completely, contact us at least 72 hours before your billing date. If notice is not provided within that window, your membership will remain active for the next month, and cancellation will take effect the following month.

 

Can someone else use my credits?

No. Credits are member‑specific. Anyone wishing to attend must purchase their own day pass or membership.

 

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No. All equipment is provided. Simply show up and enjoy your workout.

 

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits do not roll over. However, members are encouraged to use their credits in the way that best fits their schedule, including attending additional sessions if needed.

 

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Contact us to make changes to your membership. Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle.

 

Do memberships include guest privileges?

Yes.

  • Premium Plan: Guests receive 50 percent off a day pass.

  • Unlimited Plan: Includes five free guest passes per month.

 

How does the Unlimited Plan work?

You receive unlimited credits and may attend as many sessions as you like with no restrictions.

 

Can my friend or spouse use my free guest passes if I have the Unlimited Plan?

Yes. Your guest passes may be used by friends, family members, or anyone you choose.

How do I book classes on the mobile app?

  • Go to the Membership tab to confirm or purchase your day pass or membership.

  • After purchasing, return to the Home page.

  • Select Classes from the main page or the Bookings tab to view all available sessions.

  • Choose your desired date and book the class that works best for you.
