Sculpting - whole body workout/weight
training, involving resistance bands, free weights,
stability balls, and punching bags. One hour
class set to music.
- Zumba - 45 minutes of Latin dance steps and fitness moves. It's a fun soulful cardio workout that will reshape your stomach and hips!
- Core Class - 30 minute class that helps develop your muscles from you collarbone to your pubebone. Through various modes of exercise you will develop strength in your abdomen area while improving balance.
- Spin
Bikes - ride a StarTrac Pro for a very
challenging cardio workout great for burning calories and reducing body fat.
- Basic and Beginner Classes - Cater to people that have not exercised regularly. These classes are geared to get people moving that are not physically fit or have joint and bone problems.
